Laura Marling Announces New Album & Streams Title Track Short Movie

After being holed up in the studio for the past few months, Laura Marling has announced she returns next year with her new album ‘Short Movie’ which will be released through Virgin Records on March 23rd 2015.

Marling’s fifth album in seven years sees her still at the tender age of 25 and is the result of an extended period of reflection and a conscious attempt to change routine.

“I realised that I hadn’t been in place for longer than two or three weeks since I was 16” she explains “I thought I wonder what will happen if I try and root myself somewhere? Look back over the past eight years…”
