Introducing: Ashes

Manchester-based metal core band Ashes career into the spotlight with the video for their debut single ‘Live Like We Mean It’.

Taken from their forthcoming debut EP released next year – we’ve heard it, it’s bloody massive – the release will coincide with the bands first full length tour with Glamour Of The Kill and The Hype Theory.

“We all got together in a small recording studio, and started laying down ideas. At first it was for fun – something different from everything we had all done before. Then, we wrote ‘Halo’ and showed it to a few people we all knew from playing in bands, and it had an amazing reception.” comments Jonny Meaney, vocalist in Ashes.

Already setting all the right names talking, we’re pretty confident 2015 will be a very good year indeed for this fresh quartet.
