Ones To Watch 2015: Maycomb
It looks like Wolverhampton quartet Maycomb might have timed their first steps into the limelight perfectly – with the British rock scene going from strength to strength and the marvelous last album from The Menzingers topping many critic’s choice lists for 2014, these lofi punks could be ones to keep an eye on for next year.
They’ve just released a new video for their latest single ‘Hell’ which you can check out below, taken from their new EP ‘Little Ease’, available now on iTunes and on 10″ vinyl from www.maycomb.bigcartel.com
A downbeat but still melodic anthem for the downtrodden, ‘Hell’ showcases their knack for a mighty chorus combined with a simple but effective use of emotive riffs and minor-chord construction.
