Fresh Chops: Moon King
Toronto duo Moon King are streaming new track ‘Roswell’, taken from their first full length record Secret Life which will be released on Last Gang Records worldwide on April 14th.
A propulsive, chaotic swirl of soaring harmonies and cosmic haze, the album opener ‘Roswell’ is a compelling first look at the forthcoming album and highlights the pair’s talent for meshing complex electronica soundscapes with lo fi rock.
Made up of songwriter Daniel Benjamin and singer/guitarist Maddy Wilde, their first two EPs were released on Fucked Up’s One Big Silence label in North America.
Moon King will be touring the UK and Europe with in later January (dates below).
