A strong year it seems with very little left out. We’re surprised that the LEGO movie didn’t get a nod in the Animated department perhaps – but truly gobsmacked that Ralph Fiennes missed out in the leading actor categories.

The Academy continue to list more then five films in their Best Film category – which seems a bit unnecesarry as there are at least 3 films on the list that are a dead cert not to win a damn thing – (Putting our money where our mouth is – American Sniper, Selma and The Imitation Game – we don’t fancy their chances.)
