Introducing: Gazer

Gazer hail from Cincinnati, Ohio and formed in early 2013 with members variously logging time in bands including Till Plains (Phratry), Weakness, and White Walls (Video Disease Records/California).

According to their label Phratry Records, “people tend to take a few steps back when they start playing” – based on the evidence, we can believe that. Snarling, distorted and bleak, listening to this abrasive brand of post punk might be best described as what it might feel like to be slowly flagellated to death with a cheese grater.
