Track of the Day: Princess – Black Window

Here’s an absolute corker of a new track from Irish duo Princess, who have just announced the release of new single ‘Black Window’ on March 2nd 2015, as well as UK and European tour dates with US act Ex Hex this February.

This experiment in quirky ambient-noise rock collides headlong with lofi twee indie and a searing brand of garage to produce something akin to The Strokes meeting Grandaddy in a darkened corner of the last ever Nirvana concert – things unfold much as you might expect; chaotically and marvelously.
