Video of the Day: DOOMTREE – Final Boss

Apart from having the best band name ever, DOOMTREE also make delicious looking videos like their new one for ‘Final Boss’ which you can check out below.

This slick Minnesotan collective is lead by Lazerbeak, the man responsible for the impeccable beats on LIZZOBANGERS (way too many strong nouns going on here) which, on this new project, combine with intellectual, raw hip hop and huge pop production values to create an immediately impressive package.

If some of the Bladerunner soundtrack had been newschool hip hop performed by Portishead, you might have something close to this futuristic, organic offering. Bloody lovely stuff.

The collective release their new album All Hands on the 4th May.
