Brand new record store and promoters Jump On Demand are quickly establishing an identity within Liverpool as they launch their DIY styled ‘Jump on Demand Present’ nights at Maguire’s Pizza Bar, a hidden gem in the city centre.
Primarily an online record store specialising in pop punk and alternative vinyl, the label are intent on forcing some much needed life-blood into Liverpool’s music scene with a string of live gigs. Their first show featured Brighton heavyweights ReVerbed and Liverpool punks Asterisks but that’s only the beginning, as they announce new shows week on week.
Co-founders James & Adam have also expressed interest in expanding further by finding a more permanent physical home for the record store in the city centre as well as potential club nights and festivals across the city as part of an expansion from their home at the pizza bar.
Each of their upcoming shows features a special Jump On Demand pop up record store where music fans can browse and buy their favourite band’s record on vinyl. Titles include A Day To Remember, Brand New, Gerard Way, Thursday, Slipknot & many more.
Already announced shows at Maguire’s include:
19th February – Yeah Detroit, Milestones, For Everly & Bohica
17th March – Feet First, Tuskens, Hometown & Martyn Ellis
2nd April – Skywalker, Bearing Loss & Your Loss
