Northern Irish riff factory And So I Watch You From Afar are streaming their new track ‘Wasps’ today and it doesn’t disappoint – another visceral and high octane slice of intricate instrumental post-rock.
Shuddering double-kick drum penetrates the duelling, weaving guitars as the song reaches a frenzied crescendo amidst a melodic choral chant that marks this as the next step in the evolution of a band with the potential to be world beating.
ASIWYFA have also confirmed a series of new shows for their April/May tour with three new Russian dates added ahead of their UK/EU dates with Mylets, and have been announced to play a number of festivals this year including Tramlines Festival in Sheffield as well as 2000 Trees Festival in the UK and Krach Am Bach in Germany – see complete dates below.
