Fresh Chops: Django Django

Django Django are streaming their second single ‘Reflections’ – the latest track taken from new album Born Under Saturn.

Mixing big dance floor filling synths and drums with a playful saxophone solo and enough melody to sink a battleship, this is one of the biggest track we’ve heard from the Londoners to date, shot through with a haze of Americana that could see this one set itself up as a festival favourite for 2015.

Singer and guitarist, Vinnie Neff explains the lyrics: “Reflections is a story about someone who has dedicated their whole life to finding something, but only then realising that what they left behind was more important. Featuring Roller Trio’s James Mainwaring in the middle 8 on the saxophone”

The band recently celebrated their return by playing a handful of exhilarating, sweaty warm up shows in the north of England and in London, whilst this summer will see the band tour the UK and Europe, including a newly announced headline slot on the Festival Republic Stage at Reading & Leeds this August.
