Fresh Chops: Rag’n’Bone Man
Here’s a stunning new video and track from one our Ones To Watch 2015, the silken voiced Rag’N’Bone Man with new single ‘Hard Come The Rain’.
Part way between the soul of Marvin Gaye, the gravel of Tom Waits and the belting rock and roll of prime-time Axl Rose, this brother’s got a serious set of pipes on him – the track is taken from his brand new EP ‘Disfigured’ released via Best Laid Plans.
With its musical mix of soul and hip hop as an inspired base for Rag’N’Bone Man’s haunting, blues drenched vocals, the ‘Disfigured’ EP is sure to cement this remarkable artist as one of the most gifted and idiosyncratic to emerge from the UK in many a year.
