Introducing: Falling With Style

We first featured them back in January HERE and now Welsh youngsters Falling With Style return with this blinding new video for ‘Daylight’ taken from their mini album ‘Lost and Found’ which was released earlier this week.

Neatly packaging up a load of post-millennial UK rock influences into a handy 2015-flavoured re-imagining, their succinct and polished songwriting sets them out from the slew of other young rock bands vying for attention and marks them as definite ones to watch.

Somehow intuitively and masterfully sidestepping the usual copycat traps (let’s face it, how many versions of Funeral For A Friend have we heard over the years?), Falling With Style manage to channel the spirit of their obvious influences without ever falling foul of becoming mindless clones.

“Daylight is the last track on this release and some would say, we saved the best till last” comments Lucas from the band on the new single “With the strings added in, the outro sounds massive and is a perfect way to end the EP. This is the darkest song I’ve ever written lyrically, confronting loneliness and depression quite blatantly.”

There’s a real beating heart of integrity at the core of these tracks that gives us a nagging feeling we just can’t shake – this lot are the real fucking deal.
