Outfit To Premiere New Single Via Skype Tonight
Outfit have announced they will stream their new single ‘Swam Out’ tonight, Monday 11th May, exclusively via Skype – take that 21st Century marketing teams.
Taken from the album Slowness, released 15 June 2015 via Memphis Industries, the band recently found themselves scattered across two countries and three cities, inspiring the idea of a new way of premiering the track.
Fans can call singer and guitarist Andrew Hunt via Skype daily between 10pm and 11pm during the week of 11th May and hear ‘Swam Out’ on a loop. They can hear it as many times as they like, and due to the phone call nature of Skype, listeners will only be able to hear to the song one by one.

“Slowness dwells on physical distance between lovers, the emotional distance when we return, and the ways in which we imagine each other thousands of miles apart” comment the band on the concept “The idea of the Skype premiere is to imitate that feeling; waiting until the evening to catch a moment of something unique and personal.”
