Due to phenomenal demand and with the first December 2015 performance selling out over two months in advance, Liverpool band Cast have added an extra date with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra for a very special live performance on Saturday 27th February 2016.
Taking place at the historic Liverpool Philharmonic Hall to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the classic album ‘All Change’, tickets for the added date will go on sale at 9.30am on Thursday 24th September 2015.
Front man John Power commented on the news; “Hometown gigs are always special but the love we’ve felt for this show with the Philharmonic Orchestra before even playing has been touching. It was a simple decision when we were asked to do a second night, maybe we’ll make them our regular backing band.”
Expect to hear Walkaway, the emotional soundtrack to Euro ’96 and Cast’s first single featuring string arrangements, alongside many others from their vast back catalogue of hits and album tracks including Flying, Guiding Star and the David Arnold (James Bond soundtrack composer) arranged ‘Magic Hour’.
