Track of the Day: Married To The Sea – I Dreamed I Was Disappearing

Married To The Sea have announced their return with the release of their fourth EP, ‘Cold War Love’, this March.

Recorded and produced in Liverpool by Carl Brown (Wave Machines) and mixed by Grammy award winner Mark Pythian, ‘Cold War Love’ is another brilliantly infectious collection of euphoric indie-pop from the band, merging the off-kilter dynamics of Spoon and Surfer Blood with the rousing, heart-on-sleeve appeal of Future Islands and early Springsteen.

On the live side, their infectious shows have also seen Married To The Sea swept up as support to the likes of The Maccabees, Field Music, Clinic, Hinds, White Denim, Ed Harcourt and Genghar, as well as performing at the Glastonbury and Secret Garden Party festivals.

‘Cold War Love’ will be released on March 11th, available in limited edition formats as well as from all good digital stores. Married To The Sea will perform select dates this February before announcing wider touring plans for the spring.

LIVE DATES:
11 Feb – LIVERPOOL – Maguires Pizza
12 Feb – LANCASTER – Park Hotel
13 Feb – EDINBURGH – Banshee Labyrinth
25 Feb – PRESTON – The Ferret (w/ Bill Ryder-Jones)
