This Week’s New Music – 04.03.16

With the increasing likelihood of Donald Trump becoming President of The USA it seems prescient to be cramming as much new music into this week’s playlist as we can – you know, before him, Boris Johnson and Kim Jong-Un get their heads together and decide the fate of the world as we know it.

This week we’ve got brand new tracks from: Bryde, Explosions In The Sky, October Drift, Kikagaku Moyo, Fear of Men, Three Trapped Tigers, Lust For Youth, Violet Skies, Tail Feather, John Parry, Weaves, Exploded View and The Spitfires.

If you’ve only got time to check out one, we’re recommending this stunning new soundscape from the ever masterful Explosions In The Sky – evocative, emotive and expansive, it’s a testament to the power of music to communicate across language barriers and resonate on a much deeper level. Yeah, shit got real.

As always, please give us a shout @glasswerk on Twitter and let us know what you’re digging so we can bring you more in depth coverage on your favourites!
