Track of the Day: SG Lewis – Holding Back ft. Gallant

Youngblood producer SG Lewis continues his seemingly unstoppable rise with new single ‘Holding Back’, featuring Gallant.

‘Holding Back’ is the latest track to be lifted from SG’s forthcoming ‘Yours’ EP which has already seen the young singer, songwriter, DJ and producer surpass a staggering 20 million Spotify streams.

Having started out DJ’ing at Liverpool’s notorious Chibuku to making music from his bedroom for PMR’s Beat Club, Lewis continues his immersive exploration of club-culture.

“I’d been listening to Gallant for ages when I wrote the track,” SG says, “and sent it over to see if he’d be into it. He flipped the meaning of the song completely, which was so exciting.”
