The First Annual White Rabbit Christmas Ball comes To London’s Koko

The First Annual White Rabbit Christmas Ball is coming to London’s Koko on 17th December – a night of fun and festivities celebrating the close of the year. Headlining the event will be indie stalwarts We Are Scientists who will be playing an exclusive never before ‘Best Of’ set.

After a successful launch in May 2016 with a sold out Frank Turner show in aid of The Music Venue Trust at the Brixton electric and having since gone on to close the maze stage at Secret Garden Party and launch a monthly grass roots project at the iconic Nambucca in association with Jack rocks this will be the perfect party to celebrate.

To bring a full night of party vibes an eclectic lineup of DJ’s will pay tribute to everything that made the 90s and the 00s as beautiful as it was!

The infamous party starter Bez (Happy Mondays) will be heading up proceedings with a special PA/DJ set followed by DJ sets from Boy Kill Boy, Eddy Temple Morris, Mark Beaumont and many more!

We Are Scientists are back after a successful UK tour promoting their critically acclaimed latest album ‘Helter Seltzer’. Looking back at the band’s contribution to music over the past decade, we felt it was a only fitting asking them to play our big end of year party. We Are Scientists will be treating us to a ‘Best Of’ set taking us through their diverse back catalogue from the incredible With Love And Squalor back in 2000 right up to 2016’s Helter Seltzer.

This man needs no introduction and what better way to celebrate the 90’s than to invite Bez down to throw some shapes and sounds with a unique live PA and DJ set. In every corner, in every thought, in every flashback of the 90s this man will maraca his way to the forefront and we cannot wait for him to grace our stage.

We also have a whole host of DJs in the Rabbit Hole Area who have been instrumental in creating the scene and sound of the 90’s and 00’s:

Eddy Temple Morris (Soho Radio/Losers): 90s vs 00s,
Boy Kill Boy DJ: Indie Anthems
Jeff Automatic: 00’s Indie Anthems
Antz In The Jam: 90’s Pop Anthems
Sunta (Radio X): 90’s Indie/Rock Anthems
Liam Young: 00’s Alternative Anthems

White Rabbit will end the event and the year with a mass 90s vs 00s DJ battle featuring all of the above and maybe a few surprise.

Everything you love from indie/rock/pop/hip hop/electro
