ARCTANGENT FESTIVAL- MORE BANDS ANNOUNCED

ArcTanGent Festival have today announced a 15 new bands for the 3 days festival, set on Fernhill Farm, 16th-18th August 2018 to joining headliners And So I Watch You From afar, Glassjaw & Shellac. The day splits have also been announced.

British alternative rock band Anathema are one of the bands that today have been added to ArcTanGent. They have been together for 28 years and had 11 albums in their career. The bands most recent release ‘The Optimist’ was released in summer of 2017.

Another huge one from the list is progressive metal band Leprous, following the release of album ‘Malina’ in August of last year. Hailing from Norway the band have also had an impressive career spanning 17 years and five albums.

“The Leprous album was one of my favourite records of last year so I’m so stoked that they’ll be headlining the Yohkai stage this year and Anathema playing just before Glassjaw will also be something very special,” says James Scarlett, organiser. “More than anything though I really urge people to investigate the other end of the line up where they can hopefully find their new favourite band. I’m really excited about some of the newer, smaller acts we’ve announced today like Astralia, Trigger Thumb, La Jungle and The Guru Guru – check them out!”
