With Confidence share American Sign Language music video for Moving Boxes

With Confidence have released a new ASL (American Sign Language) music video for fan-favourite song, ‘Moving Boxes,’ the third single from their recent album ‘Love and Loathing’, the band’s second full length, out now on Hopeless Records. The band worked with an ASL interpreter to create a really special video for fans to experience the song in a different way. Fans can check out the song and ASL music video for ‘Moving Boxes’ here:

‘Moving Boxes’ was written by guitarist Inigo Del Carmen, who said, “I think it’s important for media/art to be accessible to everyone. Our goal is to create music for everyone to enjoy and lyrics that everyone has the opportunity to relate to. By doing a video in ASL, we can further immerse our fans who are hearing impaired and create an even bigger platform for some of the topics, such as mental health, that our music touches on. My best friend is hearing impaired and this is something we’ve talked about doing for a while and now we’ve actually done it! Big thanks to Raquel for being an amazing teacher and helping us learn some ASL!”

A few months ago, With Confidence shared the original music video for ‘Moving Boxes,’ and in June released ‘That Something‘.

‘Love and Loathing’ was produced by Mike Green (All Time Low, Paramore) and is an album filled with soaring melodies and emotive lyrics, carrying you through first loves, blistering breakups and everything in-between.

According to Seeley, the final themes weren’t clear until they had finished most of the songs. “There’s a looming relationship with loathing, mostly about the concept of self-loathing,” explains Seeley. “That period before getting into a relationship is very introspective—you’re trying to be a better person, but a lot of how that happens is because people are really hard on [themselves]. That ties back to love just as strongly because, in the relationship, you want to keep being better. In every way.

With Confidence is Jayden Seeley (Vocals/bass), Inigo Del Carmen (Vocals/guitar), and Joshua Brozzesi (Drums). Last summer, the band wrapped up performing the entire last full run of the Vans Warped Tour. The band is currently on their US co-headlining tour with Broadside, Sleep On It, and Small Talks (dates are below).
