HAMPTON COURT PALACE FESTIVAL ANNOUNCE DIDO, TOM JONES AND BJORN AGAIN

Historic Royal Palaces and IMG announced today that critically acclaimed British singer/songwriter Dido will perform for the first time at Hampton Court Palace Festival 2020. Also announced today, legendary artists Tom Jones and Björn Again will grace the Hampton Court stage once again.

Award-winning singer-songwriter, Dido,attained international success with her debut album No Angel and her hit singles including Here With Me and Thank You. She will take the stage following her first tour in 15 years in 2019, on Friday 12 June. She has sold over 21 million copies and won several awards including two Brit Awards. Her latest album Still On My Mind was released in March last year.

“The Voice” coach and music legend, Tom Jones,returns to the Hampton Court stage, after a crowd rousing performance in 2018, andwill be singing hits from his unrivalled repertoire from a career spanning more than 50 years, such as timeless classics Delilah, What’s New Pussycat and It’s Not Unusual on Tuesday 9 June.

Global sensation Björn Again will also return to the Hampton Court stage with a sensational show of much-loved ABBA songs and 70’s fun, for one night only on Saturday 13 June. The internationally acclaimed show has performed in 71 countries over 34 years, amassing over 5,000 performances and is acknowledged for initiating the ABBA revival.

Taking place in June 2020 the concerts are held in Base Court, one of the magnificent Tudor courtyards within the palace. Tickets are on sale now.

Now in its 28th year, Hampton Court Palace Festival, is a series of truly special and unique open-air concerts. Artists perform in an intimate 3,000-seat auditorium in Base Court, set against the backdrop of Henry VIII’s magnificent Tudor Palace. Attendees will arrive at the sumptuous Palace Gardens and can enjoy a spot of picnicking in the spectacular surroundings.
