Halflives Postpone UK Tour This Week Due To COVID-19

Unfortunately, due to illness as a result of COVID-19, Halflives have been forced to postpone their upcoming tour this week and cancel their appearance at 2000 Trees Festival this coming Saturday.

Frontwoman Linda Battilani issued the following statement through the band’s social media channels:
“I never thought this would happen to me.I never thought I would have to disappoint you, and I never thought it would come down to this.It is with heavy heart that I am telling you I am unable to perform the upcoming shows in Paris, London, 2000 Trees and Manchester. You guys have no idea how much effort, time, money and passion we put into this, just for it to go to waste. Some of you know I had a pretty severe bronchitis during the month of June, and I was still recovering from it. Then yesterday I tested positive to COVID and I was unable to rehearse as I wasn’t able to breathe properly, and today I feel even worse. The doctor said that the 2 sicknesses combined probably resulted in a heavier form of COVID, which leaves me unable to perform these shows and force me to postpone the tour.
I can’t believe I’m telling you this 2 days before the first show, I am beyond devastated in knowing how many of you will be disappointed as you organized transportations, hotels, and most of all we all had high expectations from these shows to have a fun time all together.
I know I’m being very dramatic, I’m just heartbroken this is happening. It is not all lost, we will be rescheduling these shows later this year, and we’ll see each other again.
Regular tickets and VIP tickets are valid for rescheduled dates and refunds are available as well.I love you guys so much, believe me when I say your love and support means the world to me.I will see you again soon.Love,Linda
Information about the rescheduled tour will be provided when available.
