This Week’s New Music – 29.04.16

We’re back once again with another round-up of all the latest music from the Glasswerk postbox which we didn’t have time or space to cover in more depth – believe us, these tracks no less worth checking out and we’ve got a fantastic selection of new music for you to delve into.

This week’s cuts come from the likes of Big Thief, Odonis Odonis, Youth Hostel, Kikagaku Mayo, Loa Loa, DEAD!, Corbu, Tiny Moving Parts, SKATERS, San Scout, August Wells, Allie & Ivy, Alice Jemima, Sego, Psychic Ills, Globelamp, Broncho and Astronautilus.

If you’ve only got time for one we’re recommending the sumptuous and spellbinding new offering from August Wells – their new single ‘Here in the Wild’ is out now. A thoughtful, piano and string-drenched track which bears the wistful hallmarks of songwriters whose place in a weary world is tempered by the acceptance of some of its fateful twists, it’s an instant classic.
