Atlanta rapper B.o.B. has released a diss track titled ‘Flatline’ as a bookend to his Twitter debate in which he aired his belief that the Earth is flat.
On the track he calls out celebrated astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson – whom he was caught up with in the Twitter debate – and urges listeners to “research” noted Holocaust denier David Irving, while Tyson refuted some of B.o.B.’s more dubious scientific claims.
Those ideas have now become “Flatline,” a paranoid diss track in which B.o.B. raps, “Neil Tyson need to loosen up his vest / They’ll probably write that man one hell of a check.” The track also finds B.o.B. worrying about masons, “a cult called science” and “mirror lizards.”
Since dropping the track, the rapper took to Twitter claiming: “No I’m not crazy, yes I’m feeling fine, no I’m not doing anything stronger than weed, am I doing this to promote my music .. no. Since all mass media wants to make me look crazy and drag me through the mud … make sure you mention the cloning centers I talked about.”
