After completely losing our minds to their last single ‘Dolphin Style’ we were eager to hear this new one from Swedish duo Death Team.
‘So Fresh’ follows hot in the footsteps of the aforementioned track and ‘F*cking B*tches in the Hood’ which put them firmly on the radar of anyone with a discerning ear for an enormous pop banger.
While this one doesn’t quite reach the dizzying heights that lead to us hailing ‘Dolphin Style’ as the best song of 2015 so far (we’re sticking by that, by the way), it does go a long way to further demonstrating Death Team’s unique style, which they describe as “Abba meets Eminem”.
About ‘So Fresh’, the band said: “With ‘So fresh’ we wanted to make the perfect Death Team summer anthem, adding things we love like ice-cream, cruising around in a top down car and listening to hip-hop in the sunset. We want to dedicate this song to all our fans and haters: We love you!!!”
