Glasswerk Sessions: The Pineapple Thief – Magnolia (acoustic)
The Pineapple Thief, who released their latest album ‘Magnolia’ back in September on Kscope (Steven Wilson, Anathema, Nordic Giants), have just released this beautiful video for an acoustic version of title track ‘Magnolia’.
On the clip, guitarist and vocalist Bruce Soord comments “Here’s a stripped back acoustic version of Magnolia I performed in my studio recently. All the songs on Magnolia began their life this way, on acoustic guitar and vocal, so it was really nice to go back and play this song again, in the form as it was when it was born.”
The band will be touring the UK next month.
