Leann Rimes Announces Rare UK Tour Dates
Following her acclaimed performance at London’s Country to Country Festival last month at The O2, LeAnn Rimes has announced a full run of UK dates this September.
Rimes began singing and dancing in local variety shows at age five and through her powerful performances quickly built a dedicated following in Texas. In 1996 Rimes recorded the album Blue selling over 123,000 copies within its first week of release.
Rimes has sold more than 40 million albums worldwide, won two Grammy® Awards, was the youngest recipient of a Grammy® Award and the first country recording artist to win in the “Best New Artist” category. Her latest album Spitfire was released earlier this year.
