Sleepy Sun Announce Extensive UK/EU Tour

May and June saw Sleepy Sun complete a full on European tour in support of their fantastic third album ‘Spine Hits’, taking in ATP’s I’ll Be Your Mirror festival and both the Primavera festivals in Spain and Portugal.

Today ATP have announced that Sleepy Sun will be back in Europe for a month long tour in September that will seem them play their own shows in the UK for the first since the albums release. It's a tour that sees them playing shows with Howlin’ Rain, as well as appearances at Bestival and Reepherbahn.

No strangers to the open road Sleepy Sun are a rambling band – a certifiably vagabond unit that have built a quite reputation among American and European audiences as fine-tuned, ironclad locomotive and candy sweet heavy pop machine. In doing so catching the attention of Arctic Monkeys, Black Angels, and Low Anthem who have all personally asked them to join them on their own continental drifting jaunts.
