For a band that haven't even been together for a full year, Brooklyn quartet Fast Years' CV reads pretty impressively – a hometown opening slot for Howler, performance at The Burning Ear's SXSW showcase and a foray in to the top 15 of the Hype Machine's 'Popular' chart, with debut single 'Young Heart'.
The track is a sonic concoction of 60's Pop, 80's Punk and more contemporary Indie Garage, and has earned the band plaudits from NME Radar, Q Radio and BlahBlahBlahScience amongst others. Its corresponding “found footage” style video has recently premiered on NYLON Mag in the States and This Is Fake DIY in the UK.
