Above is a video of Dave Depper performing “Too Many People” – the opening track from new album The Ram Project – released August 22nd.
Shot in Portland, Oregon – it features members of Musee Mecanique and vocalist Joan Hiller and was shot earlier in the year.
2010 saw Depper finally embark on a solo project, after having worked with internationally successful artists the likes of The Decemberists, Mirah and Musee Mecanique.
The goal he set himself was to re-record Paul McCartney's 1971 album Ram in just one month – and was originally intended to just be a personal venture. Label interest was rife – and the rest, as they say – is history.
