Katie Stelmanis could've quite easily been an opera singer. She spent four years studying opera; she knew opera.

Then, Nine Inch Nails came along. Her opera ambitions became sidetracked by her obsession with Trent Reznor's 'Nails and Björk, and before long she'd formed a riot grrrl punk band and appeared on Fucked Up's The Chemistry of Common Life album.
