Jonathan Jeremiah released his new single on Island “Heart of Stone” last month, and its accompanied with a positively lovely-looking video that you can watch above now.

Jonathan Jeremiah first came to prominence when invited to perform on Later with Jools – a whole five months before the release of his album. Building on that exposure, he went on to perform on a thirteen-date UK tour with Katie Melua to great acclaim.
