Florence & The Machine – Never Let Me Go

Following the release of her second album “Ceremonials”, Florence and the Machines 3rd single release off the album comes in the form of the elegant ‘Never Let Me Go’. Supported by the vocals of a gospel choir, the single is emotionally provoking and shows off Florence’s impressive vocals. Florence is able to achieve an alternative twist on an emotional pop-style ballad.

The single differs from the likes of the iconic ‘Dog Days are Over’ as it takes a more solitary and low beat approach to Florence and her Machines typical musical front. Recently announced that she will play second from top, (only behind headliners Kasabian) at Reading and Leeds festivals this summer, with whole host of other festivals lined up, ‘Never Let Me Go’ has the potential to become an anthem of summer 2012.
