‘MOOD’ is a slick and incredibly chilled mixtape that’s available for free download right now from the 27 year-old Japanese artist, producer and composer. Born and raised in the idyllic and snowy settings of Chitose, on the island of Hokkaido Prefecture, northern Japan, this lush and organic backdrop sets the scene for Noah’s naturalistic approach to music.
Subtle classical piano intertwines with minimal static loops and flavours of urban hip-hop and R&B to create thrilling nascent soundscapes, evoking an intriguing dichotomy between the mature and childlike elements of her creativity.
