Introducing: Pocket Apocalypse

Finding themselves out on a limb in the city of Liverpool – not known for its kindness to alternative rock bands – Pocket Apocalypse are turning their differences into their strengths as they artfully interweave post-rock, math-rock and progressive influences into an anthemic sound that often defies expectation.

‘The Missing Piece’ is the first taster from the band’s forthcoming debut album ‘Under Our Sky’ and as a single, it’s the perfect introduction to their genre-spanning style, showcasing their flitting and proficient instrumentation alongside stadium-ready choruses with soaring melodies.

Twinkling guitars and rounded bass tones explode into dynamic, towering guitar riffs and rhythmic soundscapes that melt and mesh subtly, already catching the eye of Prog Magazine who hailed it as an “excellent take on melodic post-rock fusion”.
