Fresh Chops: Neil Cowley Trio

Some laid-back Fresh Chops for this Friday from the very talented Neil Cowley Trio who’ve released a wonderfully simple yet effective live video to their stunning new composition ‘Sparkling’

The track is taken from their current release ‘Touch and Flee’ (out on Naim Jazz) which was conceived during a soul searching year of scrapped albums and new directions.

This elegant concert hall mediation is a sound that’s marked the trio as one of the UK’s most exciting and dynamic bands.

This autumn, Cowley embarks on a UK tour with his long time trio featuring Evan Jenkins on drums and the big-bearded Rex Horan on bass.
