Fresh Chops: Young & Sick

Fresh Chops today from musician and visual artist Young & Sick, with the video for latest single ‘Heartache Fetish’ that’s released August 11th in the UK via Harvest.

The LA based art and music project of Nick Van Hofwegen, this Dutch native created artwork for singles by Foster The People, Maroon 5 and Mikky Ekko among others, before spreading his wings to create his own musc.

Spinning a tangled but pretty attractive web of nu-soul, electronica and jazz, his self-titled debut album came out in the US in spring this year – think Massive Attack fronted by Frank Ocean doing a dream-pop album and you’re pretty much on the money.
