Sonisphere 2014 Add Limp Bizkit, Anthrax And More

Just when you thought it was safe to say Sonisphere was shaping up to be the festival of the summer already, they’ve only gone and added LIMP bloody BIZKIT, ANTHRAX, CARNIFEX and…er…CHAS & DAVE…

“It’s one of those phone calls you only dream about” said Scott Ian of the band “I’m so excited for Anthrax to be a part of the biggest and best Sonisphere ever! Can’t wait to destroy Knebworth again!”

The last time the legendary duo of Chas & Dave graced the stage at Knebworth was in 1979, opening for Led Zeppelin. Fair play then really.

Also joining the bill are Devin Townsend, Dropkick Murphys, The Sister Of Mercy, Silverstein, The Virgin Marys and Voodoo Six.
