Triumphant SXSW Act Icky Blossoms Stream Arabian Knights

After being the crowning jewel and name on the lips of many SXSW-goer’s weekend, Omaha club kids Icky Blossoms precede the UK release of their debut self-titled album (June 3rd via Saddle Creek) with a Record Store Day split 7” with The Black Lips.

They give Siouxie & the Banshees classic ‘Arabian Knights’ a fresh lick of paint with metallic synths and distorted guitars grinding against raw & ready take on Willie Nelson and Waylon Jennings’ ‘Mamas Don’t Let Your Babies Grow Up to be Cowboys’ by Black Lips.

The limited edition 7” will be available on April 20th for record store day 2013, also through Saddle Creek.
