Top 10 Richest Band Reunions

Everybody has a price, but just how much does it take to get your favourite rock and pop stars back on the road and gracing the stages of venues again?

According to a new chart published in The Sun, Take That have topped the list with an outrageous £130 million since reforming in 2005. We knew there was a reason that Robbie Williams was so eager to get back in a room with the decidedly mauve Gary Barlow.

The Spice Girls lag a good margin behind at number two with £25m followed by brit-pop sensation Blur, with an estimated £15m since their on/off reunion in 2008. The Stone Roses (£12m) pick up fourth place whilst the decidedly tatty remains of pop behemoth Steps (£10m) round out the top five.

1. Take That – £130m
2. The Spice Girls – £25m
3. Blur – £15m
4. The Stone Roses – £12m
5. Steps – £10m
6. Madness – £5m
7. Simple Minds – £3m
8. Sex Pistols – £2.5m
9. Pulp – £1.5m
10. Happy Mondays – £750,000
