It’s been a whirlwind year for The Script who celebrated their return to music with a US tour, a string of chart victories – grabbing the No.1 spot for album ‘#3’ and hit single ‘Hall Of Fame’ feat. will.i.am – and by selling out next year’s UK arena dates in a week.
After winning over the nation on The Voice UK and on the eve of releasing break-up ballad ‘Six Degrees Of Separation’ – which impacts November 25th – Danny O’Donoghue steps out with fellow Script members Mark Sheehan and Glen Power to play the new single exclusively on BBC 1’s Children In Need, this Friday November 16th.
Also catch the band on:
C4’s Sunday Brunch, interview – Sunday November 18th
BBC 1’s Strictly Come Dancing, performance of ‘Hall Of Fame’, Sunday November 25th
ITV’s Loose Women, interview and performance of ‘Six Degrees’, Friday November 30th
The band struck gold with the new LP – enjoying five weeks in the Top Ten – and sold almost 500k copies of ‘Hall Of Fame’, which was No.1 airplay for two weeks. Things are only getting better and better.
