Eugene McGuiness Releases Sugarplum

Eugene McGuinness will release new single ‘Sugarplum’ on December 10th following a string of UK dates which will include a show at London’s much-loved 100 Club on November 14th.

Taken from the album The Invitation to the Voyage which is out now, ‘Sugarplum’ is an ode to the spontaneity of youth and those moments of happiness and freedom that come far too infrequently. Maintaining McGuinness’ trademark left-of-centre lyricism, ‘Sugarplum’ is both honest and overtly romantic. Darker and sharper with an electro-pop centre, the track bursts into a shimmering chorus securing its place as one of the album’s highlights.
