Arrows Of Love Share New Mixtape

Arrows of Love release their raucous new single ‘Honey’ this week on Superdark/ Handspun Records and have hit the road on a full UK tour to exchange cassettes with all who turn up to the venues with a Walkman.

The 5-piece have unleashed a new mixtape today for free download, mixing a variety of tunes over 1 hour and 25 minutes from the Melvins and Butthole Surfers to Skrillex, Silver Apples and Sonic Youth to name a few.

Singer/ guitarist Nima Teranchi explains their choices: “Well, with this mixtape, we decided to pick 5 songs each. We thought about it afterwards and realised we could have made a tape where we all totally agreed each song was awesome….where our tastes overlap….’cos that's what being in a band is really, the bit where you all overlap. But this turned out interesting in a different way.“

“There's stuff in there some band members have never heard of before, and stuff that different band members love or hate, so it's wildly more diverse because of it. You'll see what we mean. Enjoy the ride, there might be a few unexpected twists along the way, but everyone'll find something new that's for sure.”
