S C U M Tour Dates

S.C.U.M emerge this May with live shows, including an exciting event at cultural hub The Bishopsgate Institute on Saturday May 26th, main guest support for The Vaccines UK shows and festival appearances: Live at Leeds & The Great Escape.

S.C.U.M at The Bishopsgate Institute is a multi-media poetic onslaught curated by the band and titled ‘The Reading Of The Truth’. Set in the main hall of the East London landmark, they will perform live alongside handpicked guests – musicians, artists, poets and filmmakers – for an evening of foretelling, revelation and second sight.

The band have been asked to play main support on The Vaccines UK tour in May, including The Brighton Centre May 7th, the very same day as S.C.U.M anthem ‘Amber Hands’ is released by Mute and available to download, with amazing remixes from Shabazz Palaces and The Field.

Having always favoured a more unconventional approach to music making – note their ongoing ‘SIGNALS’ project which develops new songs in different geographical locations ‘WARSAW’ ‘BERLIN’ ‘PARIS’ and ‘ATHENS’ to date – S.C.U.M prepare for the second coming of their debut LP ‘Again Into Eyes’.

Penned by S.C.U.M personnel – Thomas Cohen (vocals), Samuel Kilcoyne (Moog and guitars) Melissa Rigby (drums), Huw Webb (bass) and Bradley Baker (synthesisers) – and produced by Ken Thomas (Sigur Ros, M83, David Bowie, Public Image Ltd), ‘Again Into Eyes’ is set to yet again dominate the summer’s listening agenda
