With their debut single ‘Roll With Me’, London ’s SD-Jem are announcing their desire to dominate the pop charts and airwaves across the UK right from the word go. A fresh dance-infused urban pop song, ‘Roll With Me’ is hard-hitting, contemporary and hugely infectious.

Comprised of siblings Denis and Shanel, SD -Jem are a self-driven, independent duo who write and produce their own songs, layering their music with a slick chart-bothering audio sheen. With additional production by Shift Key, ‘Roll With Me’ has already been a word-of-mouth hit with DJs and clubgoers, entering the club charts at number 13 and featuring on The Box and Kiss TV. This comes hot on the heels of their independent release “I’ll Be Around ( ft. Ezee )” and confirms their credentials as one of the brightest acts to look out for on the UK ’s urban pop scene.

The forthcoming single package for ‘Roll With Me’ is boosted by some top quality remixes – David Noakes delivers a strident peak-time mainstream electro house workout, Alex E pushes things up a gear with his energy driven synth laden remix and Shift Key delivers a huge bass heavy dubstep take on the track.

As well as being unerringly strong songwriters, SD-Jem have also been concentrating on their ability as a live act. They recently toured as the main support act for Cher Lloyd, a stint which won over many new fans with their electrifying onstage showmanship and energy – “it was such a buzz to perform in front of a great crowd every night”. Yet the band are also humble enough to declare that they are finding each moment of their nascent career a welcome education; “We've never done anything on that scale before and it was a great learning curve for us. We'd love to be able to do our own tour in the near future.”
