Following lead singer Joseph Washbourn's opera journey on ITV's Popstar to Operastar, the Eastbourne four-piece are to return with their 'Only Human' tour in October.
The tour kicks off in Bristol on October 7th, just days after their new single – yet to be chosen by Toploader fans – is released. 15 dates follow, including a gig in London's Jazz Café on October 18th.
Washbourn comments: “The opera experience was great fun, but it is now time to forget arias and get back on stage with the band. This is the reason we got back together – to get on the road and tour our new material. It’s going to be a long month, we haven’t shared a tour bus for a while!”
The band took an extended hiatus from music following the success of their first two albums, and only reunited recently at guitarist Dan Hipgrave's stag do. Dan comments: “We are all ecstatic about beginning this tour. Since our return we have received terrific support from up and the down the country and we can’t wait to get started and play to all those have supported us.”
