After the Las Vegas band took a well-deserved year off last year, Brandon Flowers & Co. have reunited and have just been confirmed as the headliners of this year's Hard Rock Calling in Hyde Park, London, on June 24th.
Having played the same festival in 2009, Ronnie Vannucci commented: “It's been too long, friends… Feels like forever since we've seen each other and now it's time we pay a visit. Have to get the machine oiled and ready to make this kinda thing happen more often. Feeling creative, let's do this.”
The indie-foresome join already-confirmed performers Bon Jovi, Rod Stewart and Stevie Nicks, with more to be announced soon.
Having not performed in the UK since 2009, demand is sure to be huge for tickets this year, which go on sale this Thursday, 21st April, at 9am (link).
