Maggie Reilly To Headline Limelight Festival

Maggie Reilly will perform her first Scottish concerts in over 20 years at Glasgow’s Tron Theatre on 11 and 12 March.

The Limelight Music Festival will raise funds for Limelight Music, Scotland’s first professional music production company run by people with impairments. A team of multi award winning professional disabled musicians run fully accessible recording and rehearsal facilities at Limelight Studios in the centre of Glasgow.

Maggie Reilly will launch a European tour with her new band at the Festival. An internationally acclaimed singer and songwriter, Reilly has written and performed on such major hits as Moonlight Shadow and To France with Mike Oldfield, wrote the chart topping US hit Family Man for Daryl Hall and John Oates and recently had a number one hit in the USA with Everytime We Touch.

Limelight Musicians have recorded the song I Feel Alone on which Maggie sings lead vocals at the Limelight Studios. The song is also part of the soundtrack for the feature film “Fast Romance”.

I Feel Alone will be available for download in March 2011.
