Peter, Bjorn And John Announce Album Title

Peter Bjorn And John have announced the title of their new full-length studio album on March 28th on Cooking Vinyl and its called “Gimme Some”.

Celebrating the release of “Gimme Some” Peter Bjorn & John will being performing a hat trick of UK shows ; London, Manchester and Glasgow.

Their sixth album was recorded at Tambourine Studios in Malmoe, Sweden. For the first time, the band took help from an outside producer, Per Sunding, from the 90’s trio Eggstone, an early inspiration for PB&J. He previously worked with The Cardigans and Bob Hund. A back-to-basics power-pop-trio-format was used.Eriksson about the sound on the new album he said, “‘We originally planned to make a punk rock album, but listening to it now it’s definitely a pop rock album. But it sounds more punk rock when we play the songs live!’”
